Very nice Thanksgiving. Lots of family. Good cowboys outcome. Stuck to the food plan. Not much over 1,000 calories for dinner but full. Didn’t actually finish my plate. On track to hit my goal in 16 weeks. Plan is to get there by my bday in 18 weeks.
