Journal de caperbike, 25 nov. 22

Feeling pretty good. Doing keto and intermittent fasting. It worked well a few years ago - but then gradually stopped paying attention and now back at it. Feeling much better than the scale shows. Trying not to weigh myself too often so I don’t get discouraged. Hopefully if I just weigh in once a week or do then can see even slight drops. I do feel like this morning my face looked a bit narrower / more cheekbone which was unexpected and odd- but I’ll take it. Next weigh in Sunday or Monday depending how I feel.
