In the exercise choice; no wood chopping option. A search on what I figure similar to what I do: Chainsaw, splitting (a lot requiring a 10 lb sledge hammer and wedge) and stacking = 450 Kcal / hour. So I should be able to pig out a bit burning as much as 2250 calories a day. Still can't get below the 185lb😔😔😔.
