I got a small drop today and finally broke into the 120's(barely), so I'm glad about that. For some reason I woke up at a quarter to four and never got back to sleep. BLAHHH! I think I'm going to take a nap. I already worked out for 30 minutes today. I think I am going to have a little more calories than I usually do, around 1550 or so instead of 1350 to keep my energy up. I might get another workout later but I'm not sure, I'm pretty sleepy.
