I’ve been doing very well for last two months and today these stupid snacks did me in. I recently had surgery and can’t exercise for 2 months. Tomorrow is another day.

At my heaviest 398 I ate two boxes of the streudals a day .. plus milk.!!Why?
I guess stress .. and poor coping.
120 pounds lighter but a 120 to go.
A lifetime .. Have not had a strudels in 30 years now..
