P90X kicked my butt!! Did Plyo for the first time yesterday. Wow, that was a workout! I hope I get better at it eventually, but I took it kind of easy for now because I have achy knees. I was pouring sweat by the end of it and today was Shoulders & Arms w/Ab Ripper, so my whole body is feeling the burn now. I'm going to be worn out.
