New Goal set of 11 stone today, now I’ve managed to maintain 11.7 over the last month even when I’ve been unwell 🤧 with cold and flu which is relentless! 5lb to go, even with the Christmas period I’m determined to maintain, keep my exercise going and eat healthily but enjoy the festive foods 💖
