Happy New Year 🥳. Hope 2023 is all you want it to be.
- Weight is up 0.5kg compared to the start of 2022. However, given recent holiday, ill health (from which I’m still recovering) and my birthday yesterday, it’s not too bad I suppose.
- This year has been very hard emotionally. I realise that I have no motivation to do anything when I’m in a difficult headspace.
- Ultimately it is all about my habits and hopefully some of the good ones stick as we move into the new year.
- I’m going to mull over my weekly targets for the new year and come back with what is hopefully a realistic plan.

Thank you Wifey. I need to repair my relationship with myself and my faith this year. There’s something exciting about new beginnings. I wouldn’t mind spring right now. It feels like a very long winter 🥶❄️💨.
