I was up quite a bit at the beginning of the week due to very bad food choices the week before. It was mostly water weight. but a couple of it was legitimate weight gain. Finally, I have managed to lose it, and then some. I am so excited. My meeting with D is in 2 1/2 weeks. My last weight when I met up with him I was at 250. My original goal was to be at 225, but now I am shooting for 220. I think I can make it. 6 pounds in 17 days seems very doable. I an crossing my fingers !
