Finally got around to using the soy curls I bought. Not bad, but a little spendy & I'm happy enough with the seitan I make. Fixed them with onions, garlic, mushrooms, green beans & Thai peanut sauce on wild rice. Side of spaghetti squash

Just got back, Snowwhite. The kids got hugs, definitely ❤️ Especially the 6-year-old. He's the only one who came up and hugged me at random moments without my asking. A sweet boy. Won my heart, even though when he was three, he was such a pill that I wanted to stuff him in a closet and pretend I hadn't seen him 🤣 I think it might just be because three is not my favorite age 🙃
