Started an attempt to follow Dr Eric Berg’s fasting and Keto guidelines. Broke an almost 36 hr fast with berries, flax seed, plain unsweetened whole milk yogurt, and a slice of Trader Joe’s organic super bread with 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Will try to continue with a 2-meal per day eating plan. Dinner salad with chicken waiting. Feel better after 1st meal, but getting there was tough.
