2 days workout. 1 day break. Im energized and motivated to workout today. Was tempted to type "if the kids let me" but im learning that is me giving them power to decide what i do. I continue to identify and stop this cycle from happening. Being mom, and trying to heal, is dependent on if i can maintain healthy habits, and being able to physically, on top of emotionally, be there. Spending 2 days laid up the on couch cuz of my knee arthritis flairing gave me time to think... what is it am i willing to tolerate? How can i manage my time better to do what is necessary?

As for my work out...On even days I do callisthenic and odd days I go on tread mill. But once the roads here aren't so icy. I would be taking walks, instead of using the tread mill.
