Woke at 225.7, down 2.5 from yesterday. Going to Pennsylvania to a car show today. Will do dinner out with friends. UPDATE: Got some good walking exercise, saw lots of friends, and fasted until 4. Had a great dinner out with dessert but when I got home, I had lost a sliver more and was down to 225.6.
