I'm doing the diet, above poorly, cheated yesterday and today. But will continue on. Yesterday , I did a challenge of 300 squats from the website bodyrocks.tv i think, and i'm in a lot of pain, but was worth it. I'm doing exercises from that site, because some of them are easy but difficult, and that's mine everyday workout. Just pick one of the exercises or workout, that has a lot of impact.
