I don't know why but I was extremely hungry today. I did good with breakfast and lunch but my snacking was a bit much but they were the healthier choices. At dinner, still famished, I decided to listen to my body. I went to Popeye's and got a four piece combo. I didn't plan on eating the whole thing tonight as I usually saved half for lunch the next day. however, my body was like NO! For the first time, I ate the entire meal in one sitting. Maybe the cold, blustery day had something to do with it. I don't feel stuffed like I thought I would be.
