Week 2 of the 30 day ADF challenge and RBS.
The week was good. This weekend I managed a 34hr fast but had some carrot cake that was a gift...at least I didn't overindulge like other times.
I like IF and EF because I am more in control of my eating. And I like to feel this way. I am currently not weighing myself until the end of the mont, because I know the scale is not my friend.
I also did some 45min. exercise for at least 3x this week and my legs were aching. I know that is because I haven't exercised in ages, but I like the endorphin rush that it gives me afterwards. I more energy and is able to tackle more chores.
I need to continue for my health and the benefits that I get is All free.
Week 3 here I come. I know it will go better because it is back to work.
