40 minutes treadmills + 10 minutes elliptical or maximum 20 mins elliptical and I’m done. I tried adding training session to my cardio routine (took 90 minutes) but I suffered the next 2 days. It is either training or cardio for me at once.


Commentaires 
I keep my cardio sessions and weight sessions separate. That way I can focus on the quality as opposed to trying to fit it all in. 60 mins max. And I agree, its better for recovery.
