this is my 3rd atempt at brownies without any sugar or flour in them and they came out delicious.

3 servings unsweetened baking chocolate bar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 serving pure vanilla extract 1 serving dried pitted dates 1 tsp baking soda 1 serving organic cacao nibs 1 serving organic unsweetened coconut flakes 1 large egg 4 servings fresh ground peanut butter 2 medium bananas Directions Mash bananas add peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, melt, and add in the baker's chocolate. Blend the dates until they're all chopped up as fine as you can get them and add them in mix until fully mixed. Add in the egg and the baking soda and stir until fully mixed. Preheat the oven to 320° Place mixture into greased brownie pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and serve
