well today i went to kickboxing. gotta admit, i wasnt really in the mood. but i did about 45mins. I guess the reason is cause i can feel a little pain in my foot and i think my gout is coming back. I think its from eating too much fish, and chicken.
well i got some berries and pomengranate seeds and pineapples, gonna eat those and see how it helps in the morning.
