This looks amazing, try overnight oats, add your chia seeds to your oats and yoghurt, leave overnight in the fridge and then add your fruits and honey.. you’ll love it

Thanks, I often eat overnight oats with chia seeds, my favourite is baked overnight oats. I absolutely love chia pudding too... I also eat chia seeds in my salads and I love adding it to my drinking water too😁
