I had four days of eating below 2k calories, almost 3k. It started around Tuesday in the previous week, and on Sunday, I was back to my regular food routine. I was sick (a little bit), so this may be why. And what is interesting is that I feel like my body needed that food, as if my metabolism increased. I will need to reconsider my daily calorie intake to make it higher (now I have around 14-15 hundred). And my strength training is so intense. I feel how much stronger I have become after two months of regular gym visits. I decided to avoid weight ins these days, let's see during weekends what my weight is going to be.
I am embracing the process and loving my new life.
