Woke at 225.5, down 2.6 from yesterday — half of the 5.2 pound gain from eating dinner out on Thursday. Good OMAD day yesterday. Today I will hit protein targets with as few calories as I can. UPDATE: Got to 225.2 by 5 pm. I ate a large salad with chicken. Later, Denise heated up some pot roast. I had some of that and some red wine, too.
