well I find out that the doctors scale was wrong. I had to weigh in today and take a 9lb loss but hey, it wasn't really lost in the first place right? So... this is the plan. im using one scale. the one I have here at home and last weigh in that scale said 300lbs and now this week it says 296 so whatever the case I did lose 4lbs this week and im proud of myself!

Great Julie, 4 lbs loss is better than 4 lb gain... and can you imagine doing that every week.... wow.... way to go and thanks for the courage you give to me to keep trying.... :) paula

Be proud of yourself! I do the same, stick with one scale. At least if it is off, it is off by the same amount each time I step on. :) Great loss!
