I am still exercising or playing football continuously but my weight is still 103 kg as it was 17 days ago. I have lost 4 KG in 40 days.. Anyone kindly can help me to lose more weight 1KG/Week. what i do.. I am on diet and not eating more calories diet or i leave eating all more calories diet for example.. Roasted chicken.. Snacks..Mutton Karahi etc.. I am just taking 1 bread in lunch and one at night drinking more water exercising 1 hour daily.. I want to reach to my goal rapidly anyone here to help?
