Oh yeah it's common so just hang out there for few days.. Usually around day 3 of period everything settles back and you should see weight going down.. There s chart online that you can find explaining how phase and hormones affect our weight troughout the cycle so look it up for more information but bottom line is that it's temporary water retention and it will go away, just keep it up with doing things as you are doing already
