Fatsecret is harrassing me about weighing in. :)
I've been lifting heavy doing Stronglifts 5x5 for the month of April and now started Stoppani's Shortcut 2 Shred. I've only been doing that one for about 1.5 weeks but will keep it up through the end of May. I'm still fitting into those same pants (34!) so, despite gaining "weight", I'm gaining where I'd like. Happy for that.
