I bought the clover brand (Authentikoz Greek style yoghurt). 😃 Recipe:
x2 ripe bananas
x2 eggs
Half cup rolled oats (you can use gluten free for an extra healthy pancake)
Half teaspoon of baking powder
To serve you can use Greek yoghurt and fresh fruits of your choice (I think strawberry 🍓 would pair lovely with these pancakes.)
Method:
Blend all ingredients together and cook in a non-stick pan.
