My weight was up very slightly this morning...not concerned though. Haven't done anything out of the ordinary the past few days, so probably just some water retention. Still doing the elliptical pretty much every day (think I'm averaging at least 6 days per week). Drinking lots of water. Calories have been averaging between 1300-1400. Just stay the course for now and wait it out.
