PROGRESS! FINALLY!!!! Im seeing my weight go down, and stay down. Turns out portion control and counting my points WORKS!!!
Ive been eating WW meals for lunch and some dinners and portioning things like cereal. Trying to eat raw nuts to be full.. but not too many theres a lot of fat.
