I forgot to take an Alli with dinner tonight. I had 4 chicken quesadilla wedges and a cup of sliced cucumbers. Oh well. I have to remember to take it when my meal contains fat.

An old coworker saw we today and said that I had lost weight. That made me feel good about everything I am doing. Dh notices it too. He has been really supportive. Last week he went to the gym with me a couple times. I love that we are getting fit and fabulous together!
