220.6...inching closer to my first goals. lol Had a good day yesterday, food plan didn't change, except that I had some melon with my sandwich at lunch instead of soup.

Today, I'm not certain of activities...still deciding. My food plan, however, whole grain waffles/egg/turkey bacon for breakfast, sandwich and melon for lunch. For dinner, I'm experimenting...I'm cooking chicken breasts in salsa in the crockpot, as I often do..but will shred it and add taco seasoning, then serve it on carb balance wheat tortillas with taco fixin's. If I don't like it, I don't have to try it again. lol

May take today off of the elliptical. Haven't decided for sure yet. Haven't taken a day off all week...could get through a workout, but just don't feel it this morning. Might be a good day to just let my body rest.

The crockpot chicken sounds tasty!! Hope it turns out well!! Crock pot meals aren't an option for me as we live "off the grid" (meaning we make our own electricity). The constant electrical pull of the crock pot wouldn't really be good for our system ... oh well ... life goes on ... LOL!!! Keep on inchin' along there my friend!!! Progress continues even when you can't measure it!!

I don't think I could make it without my crockpot. lol I use it a few times a week, usually, and it really cuts down on my time spent in the kitchen during the evenings (when I always have so many other things going on). It also helps me to avoid heating up the house by using the stove/oven...when it's already over 100 outside, my A/C can't quite keep up during the hottest hours of the day anyway.

I hear you!!! I used to LOVE my crockpot ... especially when the kids were still home and I had bigger meals to make!!

Excellent looking chart and congrats on your steady progress so far. If I may suggest sometimes doing less cooking (possible?) and considering raw food only days once in a while. Keep up the great work onmyway!

Information...I'm not sure how well raw food days would be received around my house. lol Not sure it's the best idea for me, either, as I'm afraid I wouldn't be satisfied and would look for some less than choice foods to fill the void.

Think of all the fruits and vegetables that there are and the salads and different combinations you can make (i.e. Guacamole, Fruit Salad, Spinach Salad, tons of stuff. You might look here: http://www.living-foods.com/in... It's much easier than it sounds but, it's just an idea. Anyway, you are doing great, just keep going.
