Another successful day 💪🏼 burnt cals at just over 1700, steps only at 5279 but in a pretty good deficit 👌🏼 even though I had a pronutro protein bar as I was doing my nails and felt shaky. Hopefully the scale behaves in the morning again 🙏🏽 I've been slacking for far too long and need to get BACK to goal 🥇
