A new low record! Feels very good to be going down for real in the end. Had another week of good work but I had McDonald's yesterday. Man there is so many calories in their stuff! How do they do that!?!
Other than that, a little exercise but far less than what I need to feel good and be happy, and my eating was allright if I don't count yesterday night (Miki Dee and then, wine and chips, kinda dropped the ball there).
