I’ve switched to Mediterranean diet after getting insanely high ldl readings despite the changes I made last year. I’ve been pretty lenient with calories for the weekend transition but now it’s time to get back into Loss Mode. On the plus side this should be a bit cheaper. On the down side it’s a new eating style which always takes more effort and planning in the beginning. It will be interesting to see if this makes any impact given how much I’m reading about strong genetic factors. Worth a try.
