My commitment to myself was, that irrespective of what’s happening, I need to get back to where I started off my weight loss ultra marathon ASAP. 200g is all that I need to shed before I can restart. I’ve learnt that 98-95 kg is a wild whirlpool that sucked me in. I’ll continue to be kind to myself and enjoy this process. 🌺🌺💕
