Journal de Ceebee, 17 juil. 11

Well I started out on Monday at 222.. YIKES.. after a week of being on track with only minor flubs I have brought it back down to 218. Still a far cry from 210 in april or whenever it was.. and nowhere near being under 200. I feel pretty grouchy about it all. So I know I can do this.. I Just have to want it and do it. I have the wanting part down pretty well.. it is the doing part that gives me such aggravation. I have stayed away from FS for a while.. and that clearly did not do any good. I Missed alot of you and well I gained 12 lbs.. so like the prodigal son.. I am back. Here is hoping that I learned my lesson. (I know that I have cause I knew it to start with) But really here is hoping I can apply what I knew to start with and reaffirmed over the last few months and lose 19 lbs. I dont want to stop there.. but I think emotionally it will be huge for me. I have been so close to 200 for over a year now. Time to just do it.

I'm in the same boat with you my sister. I'm on my 4th day and I'm feeling so much better. I'm already down 8.4 lbs since Thursday. We can do this!
