Net carbs 19 gm and I can say very tastey indeed although a bit pricey at $5 (something) a loaf.
I’m trying really hard to eat bread only at breakfast. It’s a lifestyle modification being a bagel, English muffing, white bread, crackers lover.
As you can see by my posts, it’s all about bread 🙂

I'm a bread girl too! Bread is life, haha. I find that the hardest thing to cut down on, but carbs are definitely where I need to cut!

The dietitian I see recommends up to 45 gm carb/meal and up to 20 gm for snack. That’s net carbs. This is why I like this app, it counts for you. It seems to work well for me and I’m diabetic. Bread in the morning is non negotiable….breakfast is my favorite meal of the day!

That's amazing, haha. When I had gestational diabetes my dietician told me if I was going to have a carb heavy meal, earlier in the day was better! I also love pasta so I definitely didn't always stick to that but carbs for breakfast is big for me too! I have oatmeal every day, and look forward to it, haha.
