Thanks, I eat at 530pm everyday for now… 

Those quesadillas look better than the ones from Taco Bell! Hats off for going OMAD -- I'm not quite there yet, but I keep to an 8-hour feeding window most days. 

@GoalOnderLand thanks they were yummy and yeah I started off with the 16:8 and then I just kept extending so I saw this OMAD and I figured I could do it sense I had already been fasting pretty well… so your doing good by starting low and working your way up. You’ll get there.
