😅Tears of joy🙏🏻, not sure what is making it work... But I have been on my meds for just over a month now, been eating my 1400 cals a day with min 120g protein and min 2lts water a day, taking a bunch of vitamins, moving as much as possible, doing legs up the wall twice a day to remove stress, getting more sleep... So obviously I am doing something right😁

Thanks everyone🤗, its all thanks to the advice from this group🥰, @ romulus872 legs up the wall is when you lay on your back, on the floor or on your bed with your bum touching the wall and your legs straight up in the air against the wall, it is amazing for releasing stress😊

Thanks Charmaine! This was interesting, I tried legs up the wall for a few minutes 2x before bedtime yesterday and my body battery measurements went up to 95 for the first time in a really long time. such a great tip!
