I was in Migraine City last week. I only exercised 2 times and ate horribly. I couldn't stand to look at the computer or my phone so I didn't record what I ate (I know I did poorly anyway). So now this week I'm trying to get back into it. I am up 2 lbs., but I'm not going to record my weight until I'm back into the swing of things. After a week of eating crappy and not exercising it's really hard to get back into making healthy choices and exercising, but I'm going to kick butt this week. I can do this, I was doing this and seeing results. Bad week behind me, now to the present.
My goal is going to be to get my carbs back under control this week and then try to keep them around 130 next week. I think the gradual reduction works best for me, we'll see how I do.

Good luck getting back on the wagon! The sooner you re-group, the easier it will be. I'm also running beside that wagon right now, trying to jump back on :)
