I finally did the ENTIRE Jillian Michaels' Kettlebell workout without mini breaks!!! That's a big accomplishment for me. I pushed as hard as I could, and I finally did it! YAY! Of course, it was only Level 1, but I'm still proud of myself.

*Today's Workout*

Jillian Michaels' Kettlebell DVD (30min.)
Crunches: 4 sets of 25
Plank Lifts (lower abs): 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 15
Oblique Twists w/ 10lb kttlbll.: 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 15
Bicep Curls w/ 10lb. kttlbll.: 2 sets of 10
Chair Dips: 13, 15, 10, 10, 20
Dbl.-Handed Overhead Curls: 1 set of 10, 1 set of 20
