Hope everyone is doing ok and enjoying the upturn in the weather. A bit of sunshine really does make all the difference to our mental health doesn't it. I just want to get out in the garden and get going now.
A weight gain for me this week sadly. What with Mother's day, Easter and 3 people staying with us lately we are in a very 'foody' phase at the moment. It was too much to hope for that I wouldn't gain any weight. However I really need to get stuck in because I have my consultant's appt on the 17th and I need to make sure that I am lighter than I am now. I'm conscious that I'll be being weighed with my clothes and shoes on, and, let's face it, at home none of us wear clothes when we weigh ourselves do we?
