I’ve been walking about 4 miles per day since April 1st and logging my food since April 2nd.
I’m happy that I’ve been feeling motivated to be more active and also to cut down on excess calories.
I noticed that I’m still consuming a lot of fats and carbohydrates.
Hoping to improve my health and fitness.
I’ll take a side of body image improvement too!

That macro balance is hard at first but it does help your body work better when balanced. That was the big thing for me to get in control too. Hang in there, you are learning.
