So I have a question for the FS community. When I hit my goal of 250 should I change to my new goal weight or just leave it at 250? I’m thinking I’d like to change it.

Thank you! Like I’m going to go lower than 250 I just wasn’t sure if I should actually change it on the app or not. I’m thinking that I will so that I can visually see that I’m reaching my new set goal.

Up to you. If I ever hit my current goal, I may change it to a few pounds less, depending on what my new clothes size is.

I’ve not been below my goal in so long! So my new goal will probably be 225 and then will reassess again after reaching that goal. If I even need to hit the 2nd goal that is!

Goals are set all the time in a fitness journey. You can adapt and update them as you progress and based on your fitness level and lifestyle goals. So great that your on your way to reaching your goal!

Thank you all! I’m definitely changing my weight goal after I hit my current goal by the way. I just meant should I change it on the app itself or leave it be. I don’t know if I was making sense before!

Your decision totally. I have found for myself having gone thru the losing weight many times over during the years that I keep setting mini goals for myself as far as weight, toning, eating, etc. I am in maintenance for the most part except when I need to get rid of some pounds that snuck up on me but I still have a goal of 30" waist and then I have mini goals for the gym. I also did take a 6 month break when I hit my goal weight but then went for another 5 #'s.
