The weekend is here! I have decided I need something to look forward to after being good all week, so I will increase my limit to 2000 cal from 1500 for the weekend, Today it means I get my favourite breakfast of Greek Yogurt, Granola and hot blueberries! I have pre-planned my day, and this breakfast brought me up to about 1700 cal. I don't eat fast food, I don't snack, so this little weekend exception will always be good healthy food and not junk. But it does give me something to look forward to and we all need that!
