That is an awesome weight loss, in just over a year? You must have had huge resilience and patience. Hoping you’ll inspire me to finally kick the yo-yo habit if a lifetime - this time.

Yep just over a year it’s taken me, the hardest part was getting into it. I had to cut out the bad stuff, go hard with the exercise & once I saw the results on the scales, then in my clothes and mirror it kept me consistent. I wish you all the best in your journey. Everyone is so different and what I’ve had to train was my brain mostly, different mindset really does help. 👍🏼
