Ok my scale was off and i weighed myself again on two scales and they both said the same thing. i want to start the challenge with the correct weight to see the results and share them with everyone.

At one time I noticed my home, my nutritionists, and my doctors scale were all weighing me in at different weights. I finally started to keep up with my home scale for personal accuracy...

I agree one scale only and use it to weigh yourself. I have been looking back over the last three weeks of IF fasting and have noticed it is keeping me about the same weight. I am not eating like the doctor told me to, I wanted to see if it worked if you ate regular food and it does it keeps the weight the same. I will be eating as the doctor told me to starting tomorrow and see the difference in the next three weeks.
