Trying to stay positive. I need to see some progress. I have varied my approach and still no change. UGH!!!! Been stalled since induction. I lost 10 pounds the first 2 weeks and have gone up 2 down 3 up 3 down 1 up 2, down 1. I have been doing Atkins since 05/01/09 and as of today still at 10 pound mark. I have tried moving up to OWL. Increasing my carbs and calories and veggies. Even started working out 5 of the last 6 days. Nothing is breaking me out of this stall. I have 120 to loose and starting to get discouraged.
