So tomorrow marks the weigh-in of 7 weeks of making a lifestyle change to lose weight/fat solely by eating my way to a better me. I never counted calories in my life until 7 weeks ago and the key factor for me has been how easy/difficult it is to sustain the changes I made. After 7 weeks I can honestly say that it was absolutely easy and I am going to do this for the rest of my life :)
