Getting close to the one hundreds and I'm so excited to be there! I've been sick with a throat infection for several days now, and my lack of appetite is seriously helping the weight slip off. I find the biggest shift in my habits has been to not eat if I'm not legitimately hungry... and to enjoy myself thoroughly at special occasions.
